Scott works with high-net-worth families, business owners, institutions and executives to help simplify their complex financial lives and achieve their goals.
Prior to starting Coastal Oak, Scott spent over a decade as a financial advisor and managing director in the asset management and financial services industry. He attended Wake Forest University, where he earned a bachelor’s degree and was a defensive captain for the football team during his junior and senior seasons.
As a Jacksonville, Florida, native and a graduate of The Bolles School, Scott is heavily committed to making a difference in his hometown. He and his wife, Kat, reside in St. Johns County with their children. Scott enjoys supporting his alma mater’s sports teams, being involved with his church, spending time with his family, exercising, hunting and fishing whenever he can.
